• Connectors for exter
nal speakers [R]
- These connectors provide an OUTPUT from the television for
audio signals (amplified inside the television) to an external 3-
speaker kit you intend connecting to the television.
ATTENTION: The “Central” socket only accepts speakers with a
4 Ohm impedance while the “Rear” connectors will only accept
speakers with an 8 Ohm impedance. Since a wrong connection
could damage the television’s inside device, check the impedance
of your speakers accurately and verify that the impedances of the
television connectors match.
• DB9 Serial Connector [T]
- This is a service connector and used only to update the television
control software.
Updating may only be done by specialzed technical personnel
equipped with the necessary software.
